The very idea of a Disclaimer is to deny responsibility. LandformEd is an effort to take responsibility. It is unfortunate how much liability and risk a person seems to take when extending themselves to help another.
Refunds are granted if LandormEd is forced to cancel a meeting, or guest teacher appearance, or a workshop do to unforeseen circumstances. Each meeting is scheduled and paid for prior to meeting. Tuition for workshops and mentorships are not refunded in the event a youth fails to meet the behavioral requirements. Tuition for workshops and mentorships are not refunded in the event a youth decides to discontinue learning with LandformEd.
All meetings and services are a “you get what you get” agreement. Results of any Consultation Service are not guaranteed. Results from any and all Mentorship or Coaching instruction is not guaranteed. Results of an Advocacy meeting are not guaranteed. Mentorships are a relational learning opportunity that requires youth to bring their real life learning situation into the instruction and principles in program. Student participation and buy-in is voluntary. Student’s must want the support and instruction we offer.
LandformEd reserves the right to refuse any Guest Teacher Invitation, a Consultation Meeting, an Advocate Meeting, a Mentor / Coach or Advocacy Role at our discretion. Services may be discontinued at anytime at LandformEd’s and Chris Clanton’s discretion.
LandformEd is committed to confidentiality, and to facilitating instruction and support in an ethical, professional, and non-confrontational way. LandformEd is committed to continuing and/or discontinuing all meetings, mentorships and advocacy agreements in an ethical, professional way.
LandformEd of Chris Clanton are not legally liable or financially liable for any disagreement we may encounter. LandformEd and Chris Clanton are not liable for any conflict situation that may occur. Offering this challenging work, inevitably confusion and strong emotions will arise. LandformEd is not liable for any discomfort, or injury incurred by a youth under our supervision or while not under our supervision.
Using lesson information, downloads and videos in anyway is a “use at your own risk” agreement. If you are not pleased with the advice, information, or the instruction received, please accept the apology of LandformEd and Chris Clanton and please disregard the information. If you are sceptical or offended in any way, please simply choose to not work with LandformEd. If you’d like to talk about your concerns, please communicate directly with Chris by email.

There is a certain amount of confidential information that must be disclosed prior to and during all Private Mentorship / Coaching meetings. Without this information or with false information, negative behavior occurrences are more likely. To effectively work with LandformEd, youth are required to share all pertinent judicial history, medical information, and all history information regarding alcohol and drug use. All important information must be shared, such as: issues of depression, anger management, anorexia/bulimia, cutting, weapon possession, history of physical violence, history telling the truth, etc. Negative behavior preventive strategies start with being hydrated, with the proper nutrition, sleep, and sometimes prescribed medication. All of which, LandformEd must be informed of upon pickup or video conference.
